Molly it's 2/11/2024 and it has been about over a year since i purchased the vinyl of this EP. my, my... this is a goddamn treasure. at first, i wasn't really too tempted to listen when the first track began playing, but Collapse [Remix] pulled me in real quick before i could turn on something else. the old skool rave sound in this is one of the strongest traits of this LP, aside from the unique cohesiveness of the pianos and breaks that create an interesting listening experience. Favorite track: Quaad - Collapse [Remix].

We're back! And this round, Heavy Sounds is bringing you FOUR tracks of breakbeat excellence. Featuring two tracks from Soeneido & two from Quaad! All four choons give you the ability to achieve pure MENTASM. It's really up to you how far your want to take it.

We recommend starting out with Soen's track "I Want You're Heart." Dropping this one on a packed dance floor is sure to crack the floorboards (no joke this sort of happened at Heavy Sounds HQ).

For something a little more mellow (but just as sinister) cue up Quaad's "Collapse [Remix]" for a wicked ride! And watch the crowd as they experience both the ruff AND the smooth in a matter of 4 minutes 47 seconds.

Both "Energetic" and "Red Can" are sure to deliver on the same level, but how will you truly ever know unless you buy this (very reasonably priced) piece of wax?

For the interested parties, all four tracks were made using a variety of oldskool gear in combination with modern DAW's. As much as we'd love to only release hardware tracks (which is the eventual goal and trajectory of this label) we've got a lot of tunes under or belt and we want them out!
